I am Richi Khanna, your full service and experienced REALTOR® servicing region of Peel, Halton, Hamilton, Wellington, Durham & City of Toronto.

My prior career in the corporate world gave me the opportunity to work with some of the best experts in various fields. Due to the broad spectrum of knowledge and experience, I have been applying hardcore negotiation techniques and principles in the real estate industry that has produced tremendous results for my clients. I have also been a successful mortgage agent for years before I actually started selling real estate. The duo combination of knowledge and experience has given me an edge over my fellow peers.

In 2009, I have graduated from a Master program in Business, Entrepreneurship & Technology from University of Waterloo.

My working style is very unique. Although I assist my clients in selling and purchasing good quality real estate, my focus is always to build TRUST & CONFIDENCE with my clients.

As your local REALTOR®  from the city of Brampton, I have been regularly participating in a lot of community events & helping the less fortunate ones. I have been also communicating to my audience time to time through media (Hamdard TV) and providing them valuable insights from our industry.

How do I do this?

The process is broken down into 3-tiers with a bonus one for enthusiastic individuals only:

  1. Initial Consultation – In this meeting, I hear all about your plans in real estate. At the same time, I also note down the challenges you are facing today in order to be successful in performing your real estate transaction. The challenges could be with mortgage qualification or down payment or past bankruptcy etc. Everything is thoroughly discussed as if you are discussing with your family doctor or a lawyer, at the same time maintaining confidentiality about the facts discussed during our meeting.
  1. Strategy Development – Once we pass phase one, the strategy piece takes places. In this phase we draw the game plans which include steps to achieve your short term as well as long terms goals in real estate. The biggest piece of strategy is also finding solutions for all your challenges in order to gain confidence before implementation.
  1. Implementation – In this phase we work together as a team. The ground reality in selling or purchasing real estate comes with lots of challenges but putting a foot forward with proper planning make the task simple & easy. Instead of being stressful on the closing day, I make sure my clients are excited on the big day as they exchange the keys with other buyers/sellers.
  1. Education – Although this is not mandatory but in this phase I teach my clients how to be a smart investor in real estate with changing market trends. Several one-to-one and in group education sessions are being held free of charge which are an eye opener for amateur investors. Once the client successfully catches the virus of trading in real estate without fear there is no looking back. The opportunities are endless and the clients love to stay in 3rd & 4th phase all the time.
